INGREDIENTS:
PANEER GRATED
ONION CHOPPED
TOMATO PUREE
BELL PEPPERS CHOPPED
CHILLY POWDER
GARAM MASALA
SALT TO TASTE
MILK 5 TABLESPOONS
CORIANDER LEAVES TO GARNISH
HOW TO PREPARE
FIRST SAUTE ONIONS BELL PEPPERS IN OIL AND ADD SALT TO TASTE .NOW MIX THE TOMATO PUREE ADD GRATED PANEER . THEN ADD CHILLY POWDER AND GARAM MASALA AND BRING IT TO SAUCE CONSISTENCY.NOW ADD MILK AND KEEP IT IN SIMMER FOR TWO MINUTES AND GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND YOUR DISH IS READY
