 Sweet Potato Cutlet Recipe

⭐ Ingredients

  • Boiled sweet potatoes

  • Carrot

  • Onion

  • Green chilli (optional for kids)

  • Coriander leaves

  • Chilli flakes

  • Salt

  • Oil for frying

πŸ‘©‍🍳 How to Cook?

1️⃣ Take your boiled sweet potatoes and mash them nicely.
2️⃣ Wash all the veggies thoroughly (kids can help here!).
3️⃣ Grate the carrot and finely chop onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
4️⃣ Mix all veggies with the mashed sweet potato, add chilli flakes and salt.
5️⃣ Shape them into cute little cutlets—round, oval, heart-shaped… anything you like 😍
6️⃣ Heat a pan and drizzle a little oil.
7️⃣ Place your cutlets and cook on low flame until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
8️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or ketchup 🍽✨
