YES VEGETABLE DOSA  ............. OK LET US SEE THE INGREDIENTS FIRST                                                                                                                                                                                      # IDLY/DOSA BATTER

#VEGETABLES LIKE CARROT ,CAPSICUM, ONION  AND TOMATO 

# COOKED MUSHROOMS (OPTIONAL)

# GARNISHERS LIKE CORIANDER AND MINT LEAVES

NOW LET US SEE HOW TO COOK IT ........

>FIRST  OF ALL IGNITE THE BURNER AND PRE HEAT THE TAVA 

>ONCE THE TAVA IS HEATED, KEEP THE BURNER IN SIMMER AND NOW POUR THE BATTER TO PREPARE THE DOSA 

>NOW SPREAD ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED VEGETABLES AND SPRINKLE DOSA PODI ON IT EVENLY 

> ADD GHEE TO TASTE (OPTIONAL) OR GINGELLY OIL 

>CLOSE THE TAVA WITH A LID AND NOW ADJUST THE BURNER TO HIGH FLAME 

>AFTER 1 OR 2 MINUTES YOU MAY CHECK WHETHER THE DOSA IS WELL COOKED 

>PLACE IT ON A PLATE AND SERVE IT WITH CHUTNEY
