                 MILK- 250 ML

                 VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE TO SAUTE

                  GARLIC-2 SMALL PCS

                  OIL

                   CORN FLOUR- 3TSP

                   PEPPER POWDER

                 SALT TO TASTE

                 

HOW TO COOK

 BOIL PASTAS TO COOKED CONSISTENCY. ADD SALT AND OIL TO BOILING PASTAS.

NOW SAUTE THE GARLIC IN OIL AND WHEN IT TURNS GOLD ADD OTHER VEGGIES AND SAUTE THEM.ADD SALT TO THE VEGGIES

AFTER SAUTEING, TRANSFER TO THEM TO A BOWL.

ADD BOILED PASTAS TO IT .

NOW IN A PAN ADD OIL/GHEE AND MILK .

AFTER THE MILK BOILS ,ADD CORNFLOUR MIXED WITH WATER WITHOUT LUMPS.

NOW THE MILK TURNS INTO SAUCY CONSISTENCY . ADD SALT AND PEPPER POWDER TO SAUCE (ADD SALT AND PEPPER POWDER AS PER YOUR TASTE)

IF IT HAD BECAME TOO MUCH THICK , YOU CAN ADD SOME MORE MILK OR WATER

NOW MIX THE SAUCE THE SAUCE WITH PASTAS AND VEGGIES . 

THE TASTY PASTA IS READY TO SERVE .
