๐Ÿ’š Health Benefits

This paniyaram is colorful, fun, and full of nutrition ๐ŸŒŸ. Beetroot adds iron and improves blood circulation, carrots boost eyesight ๐Ÿฅ•, and capsicum brings vitamins for strong immunity. Sweetcorn adds fiber and energy ๐ŸŒฝ. With very little oil, this snack is both light and healthy.

๐Ÿฉบ Health Advisory

Do not overload with oil—just a light spray is enough to keep it healthy ❤️. Always use fresh veggies and wash them well before cooking. Avoid too many spicy chutneys for kids—stick to mild dips ๐ŸŒถ️❌. Consume it on the day of preparation. Do not store and consume.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Kids Advisory

Tiny chefs, since this recipe needs a hot pan ๐Ÿ”ฅ, let mama or dada do the cooking part. You can help with washing veggies, mixing the batter, or arranging paniyarams on plates ๐ŸŒˆ. Always taste carefully—it will be hot but delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹

๐Ÿด Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with coconut chutney ๐Ÿฅฅ or tomato chutney ๐Ÿ….
  • You can also pair it with ketchup for kids who prefer mild flavors.
  • Perfect for tiffin boxes, evening snacks, or even a light dinner ๐Ÿฝ️.
