๐ฅ Health Benefits
Peanut butter is not only super tasty ๐ but also very healthy! It is packed with protein and good fats that help in muscle growth ๐ช and provide long-lasting energy ⚡. The fiber in it supports digestion ๐ฟ, while nutrients like Vitamin E, magnesium, and potassium boost overall wellness. For kids, when taken in moderation, it’s a far better snack than junk foods like chips and soda ๐ง๐ช.
๐ถ Kids Advisory
Hey my tiny chefs ๐ฉ๐ณ๐จ๐ณ, you can prepare this yummy peanut butter almost on your own – but remember, always take mama’s or dada’s help while using the blender or handling big bowls ⚠️. Peeling and soaking peanuts is super fun for little hands ✨, but blending is a job for elders. Also, make sure your hands are clean before touching ingredients ๐งผ✋. And finally, don’t lick the spoon too many times while making it ๐
– save some for spreading on chapathi, bread, or cookies ๐ช๐.
⚠️ Health & Allergen Advisory
A small caution here—peanuts are among the most common allergens ๐ซ๐ฅ. If you or your little ones are allergic, please skip this recipe. Always check that your peanuts are fresh—if you notice fungi, a sour smell, or any discoloration, discard them immediately ๐️. Also, remember peanut butter is calorie-dense, so moderation is the key ๐.
๐ฆ Storage & Shelf Life
Homemade peanut butter stays best in a clean airtight jar. If refrigerated, it remains fresh for 2–3 weeks ❄️. At room temperature, consume it within a week if your weather is cool and dry ๐ค️. If you ever spot fungus, mold, or an odd smell, it’s time to throw it away.
๐ฝ️ Servings & Serving Suggestions
This recipe makes about one medium jar, roughly 10–12 servings. Enjoy it by spreading on warm toast ๐, chapati ๐ฎ, or use as a filling in sandwiches ๐ฅช and cookies ๐ช. You can even blend it into smoothies for an extra protein punch ๐ฅค.
⏱️ Preparation Time
Soaking and prepping the peanuts takes around 10 minutes, and blending takes just 5 minutes. In total, within 15 minutes you’ll have a jar of creamy, homemade peanut butter ready to enjoy ๐.
