Today I came up with a completely no fire recipe which you can prepare on your own and surprise your mama and dada. Connect with our blog through social mediaπ. Introduction:
Puffed rice when eaten plain have no taste. But it becomes marvellous snacks when did like this. Its an absolutely good tasty snacks which is very easy and prepared with no fire. Come on chefs, put your aprons and chef hat and get into the kitchenπ¨π³π©π³.Let's do this together π½
Ingredients:
- PUFFED RICE 3 CUPS
- CARROT GRATED - 1 HAND FULL
- ONION AND TOMATO FINELY CHOPPED - 1 HANDFUL EACH
- CHILLI FLAKES - 1 TEASPOON
- CORIANDER LEAVES - FINELY CHOPPED
- CHAAT MASALA - 1 TEASPOON
- TURMERIC POWDER- 1 PINCH
- GROUNDNUT ,GREEN PEAS ,CHANNA (ROASTED / BOILED) - 1 HAND FULL
- LEMON JUICE - 2 TEASPOON
- SUGAR - 1PINCH
- SALT - 1 PINCH
How to prepare?:
Take a wide bowl add 3 cups of puffed rice and add turmeric powder, chilli flakes, chaat masala. Give them a good mix. Wash all the veggies and chop them carefully. Now add all the veggies and mix them. Now add the garnishers like coriander leaves and add lemon juice and sugar and salt. Now mix them .
