Introduction:

I love pancakes. What about yourself. I love pancakes wit caramel topped and garnished with cherries and berries.  Come on chefs, put your aprons and chef hat and get into the kitchen๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ.Let's do this  together ๐Ÿฝ

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas - chopped
  • Wheat flour-1 cup sieved
  • Sugar 4-5 teaspoons
  • Milk half cup
  • Vanilla essense
  • Honey / Caramel to garnish
  • Berries and cherries to garnish

How to prepare ?:

Blend the chopped bananas, wheat flour, canesugar, milk  and Vanilla essense and blend well until it comes to batter consistency  Make sure they don't form any lumps. Now in a hot pan add some ghee/oil to grease the pan. Now using a spoon spread a lump of batter on the pan in a round shape and it should be thick . Wait till it turns into all bubbles  on one side and crispy brown on other side. Flip it off and leave the bubbly side to turn crispy brown. Now place two or three of this pan cake in a plate and garnish it with honey. You can also replace honey with caramel

๐Ÿ’™ Health Benefits:
These banana pancakes are a healthy treat in every bite! ๐ŸŒ Bananas give natural sweetness and energy to keep you active ⚡, while wheat flour adds fiber for good digestion ๐ŸŒพ. Milk brings calcium and protein for strong bones ๐Ÿ’ช, and topping with honey or caramel adds a yummy twist. Berries and cherries are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, making this pancake a tasty, colorful health booster! ๐ŸŒˆ

๐Ÿฉบ Health Advisory:
Parents, please ensure the batter is fresh and cooked well on both sides to avoid any raw texture. Avoid too much caramel for little kids; honey is a better option. For toddlers below 2 years, skip honey and garnish only with fruits. Serve warm and don’t store for long hours. Remember, this is an occasional treat, not an everyday breakfast! For toddlers ask elders before feeding them.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Kids Advisory:
Little chefs, you can help by mashing bananas, mixing the batter, and decorating your pancakes with fruits like a pro ๐Ÿ˜Ž! But never flip pancakes alone—call mama or dada for help when using the hot pan ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Wash your hands before and after, and don’t forget to clean the counter when you finish cooking. Serve it with love and enjoy like a pro chef! ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ
